5D Fitness

Every Friday afternoon, our class enjoy a PE session on the MUGA.  This half term the children have been developing their fitness by undertaking a variety of exercises and activities.  Over the last few weeks they have been developing the skills to complete an increasing number of burpees, air squats and push ups.  A combination of fitness exercises has been used to create a ladder workout which sees everyone completing an increasing number of each activity.  It has been great to see the level of excitement and enthusiasm during our PE lessons.  Each week, we can see that children are able to achieve more than the last lesson.
